Just me! I’m a one-woman show, handling everything from design to shipping.

How can I order?
You can order by sending me an Instagram DM (kimono_neko_official) or by sending an email to kimono.neko.official@gmail.com. Please note that ordering through Instagram is faster as I check my mails once a week.

Where are you located?
I’m based in Belgium, and all art ship from here.

What about shippping?
Shipping cost depends on your location. The cost will be added to your total.
I mainly use DHL and Fedex as shipping method.
Note that some countries ask for money at customs but that is out of my hands.

Do you accept returns?
No, I’m currently unable to offer returns for changes of heart—Kimono Neko is a one-woman operation. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue, please reach out! I’ll do my best to make it right.

Why is your art so expensive?
Everything priced fairly for handmade, artisan pieces. Each piece takes a lot of time, care, skill, and energy to create. These aren’t mass-produced—they’re tiny pieces of art.

Are your dice balanced?
Unless otherwise noted, yes—they're balanced enough for casual tabletop gaming. If you're planning to use them for casino-level gambling, though, these aren't made for that level of precision.

Is your art perfect?
As perfect as I can make them! Every piece is made by hand, so slight variations, micro-scuffs, or sanding marks may occur. B-Grades are sold as discounted items due to slight imperfections.
