Do you accept returns?
No, I’m currently unable to offer returns for changes of heart—Kimono Neko is a one-woman operation. However, if your item arrives damaged or there's an issue, please reach out! I’ll do my best to make it right.

Where are you located?
I’m based in Belgium, and all dice ship from here.

Why are your dice so expensive?
They’re priced fairly for handmade, artisan pieces. Each set takes a lot of time, care, skill, and energy to create. These aren’t mass-produced—they’re tiny pieces of art.

Are your dice balanced?
Unless otherwise noted, yes—they're balanced enough for casual tabletop gaming. If you're planning to use them for casino-level gambling, though, these aren't made for that level of precision.

Are they perfect?
As perfect as I can make them! Every piece is made by hand, so slight variations, micro-scuffs, or sanding marks may occur. I photograph each item thoroughly and clearly mention any visible flaws so you know exactly what you’re getting.
